A plain look at what data AimCheck holds, where it lives, and how to see, fix, or delete it.
Your data stays private. We collect only what the service needs. We never sell your data or share it with third parties without your direct approval, and we keep it only in approved, secure locations, encrypted in transit and at rest.
AimCheck is an AI system and can make mistakes. Its outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, are not a substitute for professional judgment, and should be verified before you act on them. Talk to a qualified professional where relevant, and call emergency services in urgent situations.
What data we hold
- Your account details.
- The results and answers you choose to share.
- Your BioTwin, built from what you shared.
Nothing from other sites or apps. Browsing never becomes health data.
Where it lives
Your data lives on AimCheck’s secure servers, encrypted, and is never moved to unapproved locations.
How it is secured
Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Access, correct, or delete your data
It takes three steps:
- Email support@aimcheck.com from your account address.
- Tell us whether you want a copy, a correction, or deletion.
- We confirm your identity and complete it within 30 days.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. If you opt out or delete your data, we keep it for up to 60 days, including backups, and then remove it.
